Role Overview
We are looking for a HR Business Partner responsible for delivering HR processes and employee relations for the whole MGS population (~90 Employees in Maple Grove, MN). In this position, the HR Business Partner will collaborate with the company leadership in providing HR guidance and supporting decision making processes through insights, data, and HR best practices. Main responsibilities include and are not limited to:
- Driving HR processes, programs and initiatives while partnering with the business, in compliance with Coesia corporate processes and guidelines
- Leveraging the partnership with group HR Centers of Expertise to deploy HR processes and programs locally
- Supporting recruitment and talent acquisition efforts to meet hiring plan objectives
- Supporting management in identifying, managing, and developing employees according to Coesia Talent Management principles and processes
- Collecting and analyzing training needs and implementing planned learning activities locally, in line with approved budget and schedules
- Preparing the yearly budget for personnel costs in collaboration with company management, ensuring periodic cost control and implementing any needed corrective actions
- Contributing to the design of organizational structures, in collaboration with company management, to ensure effective and efficient business processes
- Ensuring group compensation policy compliance and implementation of Coesia Compensation & Benefit policies and schemes, including salary reviews and variable salary incentives
- Ensuring the correct application of contractual and legislative rules and norms regarding labor, social security, and welfare, in coordination with the NA Payroll & Benefits office.
- Ensuring the correct management of individual employment contracts
- Verifying the correct implementation of the Work Safety policies and promoting HSE-related initiatives
- Managing activities related to industrial relations for the site
- Promoting and implementing internal communications in line with company guidelines
- Promoting and leading engagement initiatives inside the company
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Relevant experience in a similar role, within manufacturing industry
- Experience in international companies would be a plus
- Experience with matrix organizations would be a plus
- Sound knowledge of US labor law, social security, and welfare topics
- Knowledge of SAP HR, ADP, SuccessFactors or similar tools
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to interact with people at all levels within the organization
- Customer-centric and problem-solving attitude
- Excellent proficiency of English language
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
