Work Experience Requirements:
· TWO (2) YEARS EXPERIENCE IN MILLING SET UP AND MACHINING.
· EXPERIENCE IN OPERATING BRIDGEPORTS, JIG BORES, DRILL PRESS, ETC.
· ABLE TO READ AND UNDERSTAND BLUEPRINTS. TRAINING AVAILABLE.
· AFTER TRAINING, ABLE TO MAKE OWN SETUPS.
· ABLE TO WORK WITH CLOSE TOLERANCES.
· Able to perform duties with minimal supervision
· Keeps work area clean and organized to ensure safety and environmental compliance.
Education Requirements:
· High School Diploma or equivalent Training.
Job Description and Duties:
· set up and run production jobs.
· inspect and verify first piece of the production runs.
· assist engineering in developing new jobs.
· observe machine operations to detect malfuntions or out of tolerance machining.
· perform secondary operations as required.
