We are The Mint Capital, a Residential Mortgage brokerage company,
licensed (so far) in NY, NJ, PA, CA and FL.

We have an office in Monroe, Monsey, Lakewood, and Brooklyn.

We are a Mortgage Broker, meaning we deal with 10s of banks, able to offer
100s of programs. Because of this, we are in fact cheaper and faster than anyone
else in our community.

This position is for a commissioned-only Sales Person known in our industry as a
Loan Officer (LO).

Successful LOs can make more than $150k even more than $200k within their
first year. And in the high 6 figures in the following years. There’s an abundance
of business now and forecasted for years to come. This is indeed a beautiful and
respected career (very much different than Life Insurance sales). You bring money
to people. You become their trusted advisor in an area that they know nothing
about. You are helping people finance their dreams to improve their lifestyle.

But! There are some things you need in order to be successful in this business,

  • Be a people’s person
    • Have no intimidation to speak to people you don’t know
      (you will eventually run out of your closest friends to speak to)
    • Have the ability to ask Friends and Family for referrals
    • (It’s not all about cold calls… but eventually you will run out of people you know)
  • Be a student of business, mortgages, real estate, and sales
  • Be a student of life, be coachable, striving to become better at everything you do
  • #Hustle, self-starter, be willing to put in the time and work needed to succeed
  • Be hungry, wanting to make a lot of money, and be willing to work for it
  • Sales Drive, which includes Achievement, Competition, Optimism
  • Commitment! And patience, it can take 6-12 months to get GOOD at this
  • And more…
