Busy Aveda lifestyle salon and spa is seeking a creative, innovative, highly motivated, problem solving, and driven nail technician, that can lead our team of nail techs. This individual will be responsible for training, implementing procedures, providing instruction, and help in creating new looks, to help the team reach their highest potential.
Responsibilites and duties:
Must be very hands-on, pay strong attention to detail, and have a goal-oriented attitude. Ensuring that every nail tech delivers consistent, impeccable, memorable, and hygienic services. Train and enforce that all processes, procedures, and protocols are being followed, and share the newest trends. Train nail technicians in product knowledge and in appropriate sales techniques. Help in creating new and innovative nail designs, managing equipment and inventory. Be the go-to technician for any questions other nail techs may have regarding nail treatments
Qualifications:
Must hold a State of Rhode Island Nail Technician License, or Cosmetology License. Have 5 plus years experience in a high volume nail salon or spa. Possess 3 plus years in a leadership or supervisory role. Be available evenings, and weekends, to manage call outs, and vacation requests.
