About the Role: We’re looking for a National Account Manager, Multifamily REITs for Loop Global Inc. (“Loop”), one of the fastest growing turnkey electric vehicle charging infrastructure solution companies in the world, will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key large-scale property owners and businesses in various market segments across the country. This individual will work closely with our regional sales team and other departments to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, and will be responsible for meeting or exceeding sales targets.
The sales duties will include being responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key large-scale property owners and businesses across the country with a major focus on apartments, condo, and multi-tenant living.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with key large-scale property owners and businesses across the country in various market segments- Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities
- Meet or exceed sales targets
- Work closely with the sales team and other departments
- Provide regular reports on sales activity and progress
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes
- Help develop and implement sales strategies
- Attend trade shows, industry events and networking opportunities
- Present and pitch Loop's EV charging solutions to potential clients ranging in price from $25,000-$500,000+ per project
- National Account Managers will be assigned to target various market segments and industries depending on prior sales experience and network, which include but are not limited to: commercial, multifamily, REIT, MUSH, retail, fleet service, etc. property owners and operators; as well as engineering firms, real estate developers, utility companies, etc.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on closing deals and account management- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in the EV charging industry or related field a plus; experience selling to property owners in the various market segments and industries identified above a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field preferred
- Experience working with large-scale property owners and businesses is a plus
Total Compensation Package (FTE):
Salary $100,000-$125,000 DOE- On-Target Earnings: $180,000-$300,000+ w/ uncapped commissions included
