Job Title: Network Administrator
Location: Houston, TX(Onsite)
Job Description:
· Configure routing and switching equipment, hosted IP voice services and firewalls
· Creating and implementing scalable Cisco networks according to client specifications.
· Testing and troubleshooting installed Cisco systems.
· secure network systems by establishing and enforcing policies, and defining and monitoring access
· Maximise network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades and collaborating with network architects on network optimization.
· Support and administer firewall environments
· Provide remote support to on-site engineers and end users/customers during installation
· Liaise with project management teams, third-line engineers and service desk engineers on a regular basis
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Experience:
- Cisco: 3 years (Preferred)
- Firewall: 2 years (Preferred)
- Wireless Controller: 2 years (Preferred)
