This position entails safely driving a cargo van and delivering packaged oil and lubricant products to customers primarily in central Wisconsin.

The schedule varies, however is typically Tuesday and Wednesday and possibly Thursday for a total of approximately 10-15 hours a week. Start time is 9:00 am.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Drive a cargo van filled with products to customer locations and safely and accurately deliver the products upon arrival.
• Handle all physical requirements for transporting and delivering products without assistance.
• Provide an excellent customer experience during each interaction.
• Conduct needs assessment with customers, and up-sell additional solutions and services based upon their needs.
• Accurately read product numbers and complete invoice paperwork, in addition to cash handling.
• Complete paperwork for approved customer returns.
• Operate and maintain company vehicle safely and efficiently with a commitment to adhere/enforce all security procedures.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections on van and the beginning and end of each shift worked and assist with routine light maintenance as necessary.
• May assist with other loading or delivery projects as business needs require.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Driver’s license and clean driving record required
• Pre-employment drug screen required

Knowledge & Experience

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Knowledge of motor oil and lubricant products preferred
• Geographic knowledge of Wisconsin is preferred
• Experience in driving in all types of weather conditions is preferred
• Experience in a customer service and sales based position is preferred
• Basic knowledge of spill prevention and minimization techniques is preferred

• Roll 55 gallon drums repetitively
• Bend, kneel, crawl, and crawl into cab and back of van repetitively
• Walk, stand, sit for extended periods of time
