$75-90 an hour plus production-based bonuses (potentially earn up to $140 an hour)

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient private practice full time in Los Angeles, CA. We are looking for a compassionate provider who is interested in helping patients, providing diabetic infusions. Due to our fantastic reputation for providing quality care, our patient base is expanding, and we need a provider to help treat our patients.

Duties:

• Patient exam/evaluation (HPI, past medical history, review pertinent medical records/imaging/reports, functional exams, and physical exam)
• Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
• Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment plan options, lifestyle modifications
• Collaboration with the MD and other medical professionals for comprehensive patient care
• Documentation, progress notes -timely and accurate
• Treatments
• Patient follow up, progress checks and follow up on all forms, documentation, patient calls/questions

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited NP program

• NP licensed in CA

• Experienced in patient care for 2 years preferred

Salary:

• $75-90 an hour plus production-based bonuses
• Can potentially earn up to $140 an hour with bonuses
