Excellent Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner Opportunity:

Part Time Position

• Experience Required (sorry, new graduates cannot be considered)
• ACHPN Certification Preferred (or Obtained Within 1YR of Start)
• Geriatric Certification a plus – if not Palliative Certified
• Prior APP Level Experience in the Specialty is Required
• Inpatient and Outpatient Services (to include TeleVisits)
• Must be able to work well independently
