The Bay at Dyersburg, a 123-bed skilled nursing facility is currently interviewing for a Nursing Home Administrator.
The Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) drives the business functions, staff relations and retention, clinical excellent, and customer service in the skilled nursing facility.
The position duties include, but are not limited to:
- Monitoring the facility financial reports and implementing corrective action as required.
- Lead, guide and direct the facility department heads.
- Promote and represent the facility in the community.
- Create a highly engaging environment, abide by the core values of the organization, and focus on providing the highest level of care and compassion to residents.
- Ensure regulatory and policy compliance.
