Cherokee County Health and Rehab is currently seeking an experienced Staff Scheduler for a full time position.
Position will be Monday - Friday 8:00a - 4:30p.

The position of Nursing Staff Scheduler exists to provide staffing coordination to assure that the highest degree of quality resident care is maintained at all times.
Responsibilities of the job include:
- Follows the master staffing schedule
- Communicates continuously with DON/ADON/Unit Coordinators to ensure organization of information and maintain accuracy of nursing schedule
- Prepares daily staffing sheets with continual revisions as necessary
- Follows facility policy and DON guidelines for numbers and assignment of staff
- Schedules PTO/Holidays for staff according to guidelines in the personnel policies and the DON/ADON's direction
- Forwards overtime request, paid time off requests and trade requests to HR
- Creates and maintains forms necessary for completion of scheduler's task
- Respects the confidentiality and dignity of staff and residents
- Send updated staffing schedules to Human Resource office.
