We are hiring a Part-Time Guest Host/Housekeeper to assist with cleaning services, room inspections and customer service to ensure guests have enjoy their stay with On Base Suites. Our number one goal is our guests' complete satisfaction and comfort in their home away from home.

The schedule for this position may vary based on business needs.

Essential Functions:

• Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as laundry, sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing
• Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards and make sure there are no inadequacies
• Unit inspectionsNotify superiors on any damages, deficits and disturbances

Report work orders to maintenance

• Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
• Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate
• Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices
• Notify Management when equipment needs to be ordered and plan for delivery time to ensure that orders arrive prior to exhausting current inventory

Qualifications:

• Must live on Ft. Irwin
• Hospitality experience a plus
• Housekeeping experience a plus
