SUMMARY: The Office Administrator is responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency at the Home Office. The Office Administrator will also be responsible for the administrative duties related to Reflections Salon.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Oversees all aspects of general office coordination including copying, scanning/faxing, mailing, and filing, ordering of office supplies and service/maintenance orders.
· Maintain and oversee Home Office policies, procedures and operations.
· Ensure the overall upkeep and appearance of the Home Office work spaces.
· Organizes and maintains file system, scans documents for electronic storage, and files correspondence and other records, as required for specific department needs.
· Maintains office calendar to coordinate work flow and meetings; coordinates meetings and conferences for all departments.
· Answers the Corporate Phone Lines.
· Performs data entry based on departmental needs.
· Assists with planning and coordination of Home Office meetings and events.
· Supports Administrative staff with assigned, project-based work and provides assistance and support to departmental staff, as requested.
· Performs all Administrative Duties for Reflections Salon.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
· High School Diploma
· 5 years’ experience in corporate office environment and/or related positions.
· Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
· Strong analytical, organizational and time-management skills.
· Ability to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment.
· Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills.
· Excellent communication, listening and computer skills
· Must be reliable and on time.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
