Job Description: As an Office Administrator at C13, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong organizational skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. This position can be performed partially remotely and partially in-office, with flexible scheduling to accommodate business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the CEO and other staff members as required
  • Support hiring processes, including posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining employee records
  • Oversee invoicing, manage accounts payable and receivable, and assist with budget planning and management
  • Answer and route incoming calls, provide information as needed, and take detailed messages when necessary
  • Assist the CEO with preparation for meetings, presentations, and other activities
  • Maintain a well-organized, efficient office environment, including managing office supplies and equipment
  • Coordinate with various departments and team members to ensure seamless business operations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office management role
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google suite and other common business software
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work both remotely and in-office as needed
  • Discretion with confidential information
