Dr. Andrew Rummel has twenty years of experience as director of full-scope optometry medical clinics managing LASIK and Cataract surgery. He performs complete eye care from technical prescriptions to eye disease treatment.
We are looking for two competent Office Assistants to help with the growth of our organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure while providing the highest level of patient care. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
Responsibilities
- Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize exams
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
- Create and update patient records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Schedule appointments
- Maintain productive and respectful relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
- Perform receptionist duties when needed
Skills
- Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role
- Ability to learn how to use office equipment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient computer and charting skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
