Job description: Office Support
  • Handle incoming calls and customers' emails
  • Manage filing
  • Learn our software system to create orders, and and finalize orders to get them ready for invoicing
  • Help organize and maintain office common areas.
  • Perform general office clerk duties and errands.
Detail:
We are a flooring installation company in Norcross.

Hours: 9am to 6pm, 1 hour lunch

Duties and requirements:
We are very busy and are looking for someone who will start as soon as possible as a temp to hire. Our system is not complicated, but we need someone focused, who is determined to learn, who pays attention to detail, and who wants to grow with our company.
    o Warm personality with strong communication skills.
    o Great communication skills. Ability to write clearly.
    o Ability to work well under limited supervision.
    o High school diploma or associate’s degree.
    o We need someone reliable, who does not have several vacations already planned
    o Must have own transportation.
    o Experience as an office assistant or in a related field.
    Starting Rate $16

    Rate after converting to our payroll : will increase depending on their performance and what they are willing to learn and what tasks they are wanting to take on.
