We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized and efficient individual to fill our Office Assistant/ Bookkeeper position. The Office Assistant/ Bookkeeper will support the financial operations of our company by performing QuickBooks tasks. The successful candidate will be able to work quickly and independently while simultaneously maintaining excellent communication skills with all of our employees.
Responsibilities (not limited to the following):
- Review account records and financial transactions.
- Identify incorrect or incomplete information.
- Prepare receipts and records for bank deposits.
- Maintain check register and organize payment records.
- Create and maintain spreadsheet to track financial information.
- Assist owners and other staff with daily tasks.
- Voice and email communications with staff and clients.
- Use and maintenance of mulitple digital platforms (marketing, social, CRM, etc.)
- Maintain/oversee cleaning staff and assist when needed.
- Potential client tours (phone, video, live).
Potential to expand to a full-time position depending on skill and flexibility.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- Ruckersville, VA 22968: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Bookkeeping: 2 years (Required)
