Clean Energy Design, LLC (CED) is a locally based company thathas been serving Southeastern New England since 1996 and is involved with every aspect of the design, construction, installation, monitoring and maintenance of solar photovoltaic and solar thermal. We offer a high quality, turnkey service that begins with educating our customers, analyzing specific needs and providing creative solutions.
We pride ourselves in offering top quality creative solutions for every project, and are looking for a competent part time Project/ Office Assistant to help with the organization, and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. This is currently a part time position with the potential to become full time. It is a remote position with occasional office work needed in Osterville, MA. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional, and be able to work independently, with a high degree of attention to detail.
Roles & Responsibilities
- This is a remote position, but does need to be located on Cape Cod, MA. Located within the Upper Cape preferred.
- Ability to go to Osterville, MA on occaassoin to complete work related errands, such as; going to the post office, making bank deposits etc.
- Must have the ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Gain working knowledge and understanding of solar industry
- Provide administrative support to principle of company, sales and/or operations, as needed.
- Assist in setting up solar system monitoring through an online portal and giving access to the customers
- Responsible for reviewing monitoring platforms, and communicating with tech support and/or customers to resolve issues
- Manage database to ensure it remains up to date; data entry, upload documents
- Nurture relationships with past customers and drive referral business
Qualification Requirements
- Administrative experience
- Must have above average working knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, CRM programs; experience with Zoho is a plus
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritizing skills
- Able to work independently, with little or no supervision
- Excellent customer service & written and verbal communication skills
- Capable of learning new skills, as needed
- Must have a valid driving license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
