Office Assistant in fun office! Job at Rocky Mountain Hot Tub Company
Rocky Mountain Hot Tub is looking for an Office Assistant to help with customer service and schedule management. The shift is full-time Sunday - Wednesday, 8 AM - 6 PM, with a paid lunch and three-day weekends to enjoy everything amazing about Summit County!
Duties include:
- Answering phones
- Handling customer emails and reports
- Dispatching and assisting technicians
- Managing schedules
- Occasional retail storefront sales
- And other duties as required
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Customer Service (2 years)
- Microsoft Office - Specifically Excel (2 years) - Preferred but will train the right candidate.
- Prior receptionist, office assistant, or administrative assistant experience is a plus.
Here at Rocky Mountain Hot Tub, we are passionate about keeping our customers and employees happy and are looking for someone that can hop into action and be a team player. This position is in a smaller office where you will work closely with a few other employees, so having a clean and tidy workspace and a positive attitude are essential.
You also MUST be available to work weekends and holidays.

If hired, the team member would work the temporary training shift Wednesday - Saturday until fully trained.
