We are seeking an Office Clerk to join our team and provide administrative support to our staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including filing, data entry, answering phones, and providing customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong attention to detail. We are looking for someone who is reliable and has a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
  • Greet customers and visitors in a professional manner.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable
  • Perform data entry tasks.
  • Prepare reports and documents as requested.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Houston, TX 77021: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Language:

  • English/Spanish (Preferred)
