POSITION OVERVIEW

Continuum Wealth Partners is currently seeking an Office Coordinator who will have primary responsibility of providing support in the day-to-day management of the office, aiding in insurance operations, and facilitating firm marketing efforts.

The Office Coordinator plays an integral role on the private client group team by preparing documentation and executing processes related to insurance, operations, and marketing. This associate will focus on the day-to-day operations of the practice to ensure maximum effectiveness, allowing the advisory team to focus energy on client relationships. RESPONSIBILITIES

Office Operations:

  • Greet and welcome guests
  • Direct guests appropriately and notify staff or advisor of visitor arrival
  • Ensure office is stocked with necessary supplies
  • Maintain the reception area and prepare meeting rooms
  • Complete and/or assist with projects as assigned by the Director of Operations and Chief Officers

Insurance Operations:

  • Handle case notes, maintaining client case files, and electronically filing performance reports, account forms and other items
  • Support the underwriting process by ensuring all stages of the insurance process are managed in a timely, detailed, and confidential manner.
  • Track all stages of the insurance process
  • Schedule medical exams
  • Prepare and submit appropriate applications and follow-up with underwriter
  • Manage all client service pertaining to insurance
  • Collect any outstanding reporting documents
  • Handle the delivery of policies

Marketing:

  • Assist in all marketing related activities for the firm
  • Help manage sponsorships and events for the firm
  • Develop and implement social media strategy
  • Manage updates to the firm website
  • Research market opportunities for sponsorships and associations
  • Help build prospecting lists and research social media profiles

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Florida Life & Health License (2-15), or the ability to obtain within 30 days
  • Bachelor’s Degree and experience in an office environment or student with high accolades
  • Financial services and/or insurance industry experience preferred
  • Customer service and/or marketing experience preferred
