Job Start: Mid-Late April
We are currently seeking an assertive and highly organized Office Manager who is capable of working in a rapidly changing environment. The ideal candidate will focus on increasing efficiency and eliminating red tape, while also overseeing the general operations of our company. This position requires someone who has experience managing employees, managing office supplies and time management. The Office Manager will also be required to track employee payroll, as well as pay close attention to details to ensure accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor office inventory levels.
- Order office supplies when necessary.
- Respond to office needs.
- Marketing & Media
- Customer Service
- Regulate Databases
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Castroville, TX 78009: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
