Office Manager: This role best suits candidates who enjoy highly detailed work and helping to develop entry level office employees. A great candidate will have some damage restoration or construction industry experience. The ideal candidate will possess a solid work history with management experience, great references, and extended stays with their past employers.

COMPENSATION: $75k-90k Salary DOE

SERVPRO Beverly Hills is an industry leading water, mold, and large loss fire restoration company. We are one of a select few members of the SERVPRO Global Disaster Recovery Team Program, singling us out as one the largest producers of commercial damage restoration in the country and worldwide.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Self-perform and supervise other in an ongoing audit process
  • Maintain and monitor job statuses
  • Monitor and ensure insurance carrier requirements are followed
  • Review and validate initial field documentation
  • Create preliminary estimates
  • Maintain internal and external communications
  • Complete and review job file documentation
  • Schedule office employees to hit corporate deadlines
  • Create Work Orders and Maintain a Work In Progress board
  • Audit complete job files for accuracy
  • Ensure job files are always backed up
  • Assist managers to find ways to improve overall efficiency
  • Act as a liaison between insurance carriers and our mutual customers
  • Act as a primary point of contract to Director Level management

REQUIREMENTS:

  • MUST HAVE 3+ years of office management experience
  • 3+ years’ experience managing and training office personnel required
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency required
  • Xactimate or Xactanalysis experience a plus
  • Proven ability to pick up new proprietary software
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional during tense or stressful situations
  • Ability to accept constructive criticism and feedback
  • Auditing, Estimating, or Accounting experience is helpful but not required
  • Restoration or construction industry experience is helpful but not required
