Job Summary

The On-Site Manager will be responsible for supervising properly qualified instructors, role players, opposing forces, and logistics and administrative support personnel. The On-Site Manager will work as the Xator Corporate representative for coordination and management of resources to support the requirements outlined in the PWS. This will include ensuring that all personnel are fully qualified and that all instructors stay abreast of and remain trained and proficient in the latest Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) as well as technological and professional developments to ensure continuous quality support to the USAF EOS mission.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Ensure all personnel are fully qualified
• Manage personnel supporting this contract
• Coordinate personnel and resources with the COR to support training requirements
• Support administrative contractual delivery requirements
• Execute the training support IAW with COR and PWS
• Will enforce work standards and review/resolve work discrepancies to ensure compliance with contractual requirements
• Will provide advice and guidance to USAF EOS personnel regarding the planning, execution and re-constitution of courses

Qualifications and Skills

• Will have 5 years of experience managing combat training, logistics, planning and execution requirements
• USAF, US Army or Special Operations veteran
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse groups of individuals, including, but not limited to, USAF students, COR, contractors and other USAF personnel
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Organizational and time management skills to coordinate projects and people, prioritize and track multiple requirements simultaneously, and meet critical deadlines
• Must be able to work effectively in a team setting
• Must be a qualified instructor that can perform the Fieldcraft Instructor duties as needed
• Must have experience with USAF pre-deployment training issues/practices
• Must be familiar and understand all instructions and policies governing fieldcraft training and instructor guidelines and be responsible and accountable for the enforcement of applicable processes and procedures

• Bachelor's Degree

Specialized Requirements

• The ability to obtain and maintain a US Government security clearance is required
