About The Role:
Arbor Homes, a Berkshire Hathaway Company, is currently looking to hire an On Your Lot Administrator. The right candidate's primary responsibility will be to assist in the selling of new homes as well as additional duties that may be assigned by the Community Sales Manager.

What Will You Be Doing?
- Acquiring utility information on specific homesites and lots across Indianapolis and the surrounding counties.
- Assisting with attaining existing plot plans, topographic reports, soil reports, blueprints and other general information and documents needed. Organizing and placing documents into a repository for other team members to access easily.
- Maintaining offsite lot numbers with addresses and distribution to other team members in a format that is user friendly.
- Creating a folder with the appropriate documents and model sales brochure for a lot walk to provide to a customer. The goal is to create a folder that is professional looking for a reasonable cost.
- Coordinating all lot walks with the sales managers.
- Keeping lot walk sheets up to date and obtainable to other team members
- Assisting Sales Manager as needed to send change orders in DocuSign, help confirm appointments, and additional paperwork that might be needed.
What Will You Bring?
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong clerical, computer, and administrative skills.
- Open communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with MS Outlook, Microsoft Excel and other related applications preferred.
- Construction knowledge in residential home building preferred.
