We are currently seeking a Onsite Support Technician to work at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Candidates will provide installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of pCare’s deployed interactive television system. The ideal candidate should feel comfortable working in a patient care environment and combine an outstanding work ethic with a passion for servicing patients and hospital staff by delivering high-end quality products and services.

Duties:

• Hardware and software installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Support ongoing technology projects/implementations as needed
• End-User telephone support
• Complete work on assigned tickets
• Document, track, and monitor issues to ensure a timely resolution
• Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions
• Communicate effectively with customers, end-users, and internal teams
• Keep internal teams informed for consistency in responses and produce
• Work independently as well as in a team environment

We will train the Candidate to the requirements of our Interactive technology platform.

Job Requirements:

All Onsite Support Technicians will need the following to be considered for the position:

• Be willing to submit to the Medical & Drug Health Requirements required by the hospital
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Professional attitude and manner
• Basic computer skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Must be able to lift 30lbs and climb a 6-foot ladder
• Must be up to date with COVID-19 vaccinations
• Please Note: Memorial Sloan Kettering requires full medical credentialing before starting onsite. Training will take place at another hospital
• Must be able to meet specific requirements such as immunizations and screening required by hospital

Work Schedule/location:

Location: Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, 1275 York Avenue, New York, NY 10065

Shift: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Pay rate: $18.50 p/h

*Joining bonus can earn up to $1k
