Job Summary:
Under the direction of and reporting to the Scheduling Manager(s), the Administrative Services Coordinator performs all administrative, interpersonal and clerical functions related to general office duties.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary:
Under the direction of and reporting to the Scheduling Manager(s), the Administrative Services Coordinator performs all administrative, interpersonal and clerical functions related to general office duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Organize, coordinator and manage high volume communications including; responding to emails and phone calls with current and prior employees
- Establish and maintain computerized records systems for departmental records, files, reports, etc., ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Compile, summarize and record information to include numeric calculations, ensuring accurate, up-to-date information using the appropriate software
- Recommends improvements in methods and procedures
- Maintains discipline, resolve problems and assist in determining performance, transfer or dismissal of employees working the project/job
- Initiate correspondence and documents in accordance with specific procedures, ensuring accurate, timely completion
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required
Minimum Qualifications:
- Four years high school and twelve months related experience; or a combination of education and experience. Proficient in using software such as Microsoft Office; working knowledge of scheduling systems/platforms preferred
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to prepare correspondence, reports, memos, etc. Ability to effectively communicate with customers, vendors, and other employees of the organization
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
- Ability to pass a background check
