Operations Associate Job at La Frontera Center Inc.

The COSS is responsible to screen clients for appropriateness of services, schedules and coordinates intake appointments for clinical staff and answer related questions for clients. Please note that COSS working in outpatient, residential or Level 1 locations may operate under direct supervision of a site supervisor performing routine and repetitive tasks.
Requirements
Training and Experience
High school graduate or equivalent, and 1 year of work experience. Prefer experience with mental health and/or special populations, must be familiar with medical terminology.
