Operations Coordinator
Finance company in Jenkintown looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our team in a casual office environment. This in-person position, located in Jenkintown, PA has flexible hours.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage weekly marketing campaigns
- Prepare supplies and perform quality control checks
- Enter detailed marketing information into Google Sheets
- Track inventory, vendor documents, and vendor payments
- Additional reviewing, reporting, and data entry tasks as needed
- Effectively and professionally process a high volume of contracts
- Ensure that all documents are organized and prepared accurately
- Outreach to current customers through telephone and email
- Inbound/outbound contact with clients
- Prioritize tasks in an effective and efficient manner
Qualifications
- Ability to maintain conformance to quality standards
- Ability to lift or move a minimum of 35 pounds
- Regular, reliable and predictable performance (performance speed will be measured and monitored)
- Proficient in English
- Basic computer skills (Google Sheets, Gmail)
- Focus and strong work ethic
- ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS A MUST
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
