Job Details
Proper Stock & Sauce Co. was born from a collaboration between Chefs Thomas Keller (The French Laundry, Per Se) and Mitch Mitchell (TRUEfoods, CHEFStable.)
The Operations Coordinator supports the Production Manager and the production team in office management, sample coordination and customer service, procurement of ingredients, packaging, and supplies, assisting with USDA and HACCP regulations, and the arrangement of all inbound and outbound shipments of stocks and sauces as well as a variety of related projects and tasks.

This is a Part Time position, in Portland, Oregon.
The ideal candidate must have strong interpersonals skills, ability to communicate clearly and concisely and is detail oriented.
