Job Summary:
This position will be an integral part of the Business Operations team within the Government Business segment.

The selected candidate will support the existing business operations unit. This role will assist with the management and oversight of legally mandated customer communications as part of the Affordable Care Act. This position will interact with members of operations, legal, compliance, IT, business intelligence, marketing, project management, product strategy, and third party vendors. This position will report to the Operations Manager.

Core Responsibilities:
Facilitate meetings for operations, legal, compliance, IT, business intelligence, marketing, project managers, product strategy, and third party vendors
Act as a business operations point of contact for the overall Cigna Plan Notices process
Work to help create, test, validate, and report on all Cigna Plan Notices activities
Be able to meet critical legal and compliance deadlines related to the government business segment
Support the Operations Manager as needed
Assist with the overall operational management of the Renewals process where needed
Assess opportunities to improve the relationship with third party vendors and their performance
Measures results and performs analysis on the vendors to ensure they hit their SLA’s and KPI’s. Review trend analysis in order to drive year over year improvement. Develops, produces, and communicates those opportunities both internally and with the vendor
Has a keen eye for process improvement and comes to the table with ideas on how to continually make our organization stronger
Assess opportunities to improve our internal processes related to Cigna Plan Notices and Renewals

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2-3 years of Medicare Advantage or ACA exchange experience required
Marketing experience highly desired
Capacity to analyze complex situations, identify solutions, and resolve issues
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and drive results
Results oriented with a high attention to detail
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Strong written and communication skills
Prior Messagepoint or SmartComm experience preferred
Domestic travel required as needed
Flexibility to attend early/late meetings as needed if working outside the EST time zone

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 58,100 - 96,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
