As an Assistant Operations Manager, you are the first point of contact for clients before the job begins and the first point of contact while employees are on the job site while being able to manage the day-to-day activities. This position has an excellent earning potential including performance bonuses.
Requirements:
- MUST be eligible to work in the United States
- MUST have reliable transportation to work
- MUST be able to lift up to 75 pounds for an extended period of time
- MUST be able to drive large trucks (CLD license not required) and be able to do general labor when needed
- MUST enjoy hard work, world class customer service and helping others

- MUST be able to pass a federal background check
- MUST be able to work weekends and holidays
Essential duties:
- Go out of your way to be friendly (smile, eye contact, small-talk) to everyone with whom you come in contact throughout the day – especially your employees and clients
- Educate the team about pricing and services and the benefit to them prior to giving an moving estimate, ensuring 110% client satisfaction.
- SAFELY operate at all times if/when on trucks, client homes, etc.
- Make sure all daily truck inspections are performed (tire pressure, oil, equipment, etc).
- Make sure truck has enough job receipts, safety equipment and marketing material
- Ensure employees are pricing jobs aggressively, meeting and surpassing benchmarks
- Be able to make logistical company decisions
- Complete office administrative tasks, HR/recruiting, customer service, scheduling, sales, marketing, payroll and community involvement
- Understand company benchmarks, P&L’s and financials
- Lead your team by relevant example, showing them what the core values of the company are all about (building leaders, always branding, listen, fulfill & delight and create a fun enthusiastic team environment)
- Train new hires about the day to day operations and core values
- Prevent careless and costly mistakes, including damage, injury, unhappy clients, lost equipment, etc.
- Check in regularly throughout the day with your employees and for additional add-on jobs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,500.00 - $45,000.00 per year
