The main responsibility is to manage the team of cleaners for the cleaning division of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Work with variety of people in a team environment
- Time-management, organizational skills, communication
- Highly detailed oriented
- Adhere to policies and procedures, while assessing effectiveness and efficiency
- Ordering materials and supplies as needed for repair projects
- Coordinate and oversee the work of maintenance employees and contractors to ensure work orders are completed in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify areas for improvement and ensure all work is done correctly assess a professional style of communication by phone and email
- Respond to and resolve e requests and other issues as they arise
- Assist in developing and implementing cost reduction strategies to improve the profitability of the division
- Self Started
- Be able to look for new business
