Northeast Work & Safety Boats, LLC provides bridge access equipment with a marine focus including boats for inspection, rescue, and crew, tug boats, barges, work floats and under bridge inspection equipment (snoopers). We support construction companies, engineering firms, DOTs from Maine to South Carolina.
We are seeking an upbeat team player to join our Connecticut office team.
Duties
- Support VP of Operations to manage project logistics and operations in CT and surrounding states
- Coordinate & maintain complex schedule
- Research and compile job information on a weekly basis
- Manage employees on a daily basis
- Prepare price quotes and communicate with customers
- Maintain boat and vehicle registration and insurance
- Supporting marketing efforts
- Research and track new jobs
- Goto post office, drop of FedEx, and other misc. errands
Required
- Extremely organized and detailed orientated.
- Experience working and thriving in high paced environment
- Professional oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in google suite and outlook.
- Customer service orientated.
Preferred
- Located within a 15 mile radius of New Hartford, CT
- Experience in construction management
