We're looking for an Operations Manager to help us build efficient and scalable Provider Acquisition processes. We are seeking someone excited to work cross-functionally to tackle important initiatives that will support Path's explosive growth. By increasing the number of providers we can bring into our network, this role will play an integral part in expanding the number of patients Path is able to serve.

The ideal candidate will be a great communicator with outstanding problem solving skills and the ability to work comfortably inside an entrepreneurial, results-oriented environment. Most importantly, we need someone excited to work with a talented, motivated, and supportive team to change the mental healthcare landscape.

You will:

  • Work directly with Path's leadership team on optimization of Provider Activation processes & tools, including:
    • Identifying, clearly defining, and gaining alignment on problems within Provider Activation (getting a provider successfully to their first client)
    • Designing new operational processes, documenting workflows, and rolling out changes
    • Optimizing 'business as usual' processes and workflows, especially as we identify KPIs that need rapid improvement
  • Work cross-functionally to propose, scope, design, implement, and measure impact of key initiatives impacting the provider funnel
  • Support leadership with special projects as needed, including:
    • Managing & updating key dashboards
    • Working with Go-to-market Ops to update Salesforce processes & workflows

You are:

  • Equipped with 3-5 years of relevant experience in operations and/or product, preferably at a start-up, including:
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams
    • Demonstrated history of bringing new programs, processes, lines of business, or projects to completion/launch
  • A self-starter who is able to work independently, with limited oversight from managers
  • A great communicator
  • Able to juggle multiple cross-functional initiatives at once, prioritize work effectively based on expected impact to key metrics, and stay laser-focused on provider experience
  • Data-driven and analytical in your approach. You should be able to (1) execute your own analyses to support your hypotheses and measure impact of your work, and (2) identify more complex reporting requirements for dashboards
  • Skilled at picking up new tools and systems. Salesforce, Fountain, Airtable, and/or Zendesk experience is a plus!
