GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION

The Operations Specialist will be responsible for answering inbound calls from customers to assist technicians in scheduling customer maintenance appointments, ordering products, selling new water systems, and processing orders.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer incoming calls and make outbound customer calls.
• Work within our customer CRM System and create workorders and invoices.
• Sell new water systems to our existing customer base.
• Data entry including creating new customer files, entering new sales, creating appointments.
• Ordering product for the technicians- systems, filters, copper, etc.
• Closing orders by reviewing every work order and making sure technicians have updated notes entered.
• Invoicing work orders
• Processing payment for Home Depot deals. Paperwork and payment need to be processed via their website.
• Closing commission for sales department in Zoho system.
• Updating excel reports such as quarterly contest points, entering installation list daily, enter commissions for Livermore service department.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• Dependable
• Must be customer focused and provide excellent customer service
• Work well under little supervision
• High level attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Have excellent communication skills
• Ability to speak Spanish a plus

Education and Experience

• High school or equivalent (required)
• 2 years of relevant experience or training in customer service, retail customer experience, customer success, or a related field (required)

Computer Skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, Word.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES

• While performing the functions of this job, the employee will mostly be sitting.
