Job Description Summary

Inhabit is seeking an Operations Support Specialist for its Nationwide Complaint (NWC) unit. Nationwide Compliant is a technology and service solution for enforcing lease compliance in the multi-family industry. The Operations Support Specialist works closely with our Operations Team which handle all client case filings for the State of Texas. The role will support the team through data entry and document management. This position works with high volume and daily deadlines and requires attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent time management skills are required along with the ability to work independently.

What You’ll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)

  • Completes pertinent case data entry into multiple systems
  • Uploads and transfers multiple source documents between systems
  • Completes assignments using multiple source documents
  • Check completed work for accuracy
  • Alert team members of any delays, errors or issues
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For (Minimum qualifications)

  • Excellent time management, organization, and communications skills
  • Technology savvy with excellent computer skills and proficiency with MS office and common business software
  • Ability to multitask between several programs
  • Ability to work independently and complete tasks with limited supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering high quality work
