Outbound Specialist I

• Self-motivated and highly reliable
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• A team player
• Knowledge of inserting and sorting mailing equipment a plus
• Able to work onsite at our Montpelier Campus full time
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Able to pass a background check that includes finger printing
• High School Graduate or GED with a valid driver’s license

What the job entails:

• Operate a binding machine and pack all shipments in the appropriate packaging
• Ship all shipments using our shipping software
• Receive and delivery all incoming items throughout the building as required
• Process all outgoing mail using our Pitney Bowes mailing equipment
• Pickup and deliver all inbound and outbound mail to the USPS
• Keep track and maintain of our supply inventory
• Accurately process all in house checks within time service requirements
• Policy assembly
• Accurately maintaining and processing of shipping and postage monthly reports
• Other duties as assigned

The base compensation range represents the low and high end of the compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to qualifications, skills, competencies, location, and experience. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual bonus, quarterly bonuses, commissions, and other long-term incentive compensation, depending on the position.
