Description
Superior Fuel, a rapidly growing, locally-owned propane and fuel provider in Northern Minnesota and Wisconsin, is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Outside Sales Representative. If you enjoy the hustle of sales and meeting lots of new people, this may be the job for you! The primary responsibility of this position is to generate new customers and provide additional services to existing customers to achieve and maintain the Company’s sales objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead development through inquiry communication and ongoing relationship-building to fill/maintain a customer pipeline
- Achieving and maintaining sales goals, prioritizing new commercial sales
- Ensuring follow-up with customers throughout the entire sales process; coordinating with other departments as necessary for completion of sale
- Maintaining sales CRM
Experience
A minimum of 1 year of sales experience is required, with demonstrated expertise in conceptual selling and follow-through. Exceptional interpersonal skills as well as the ability and desire to consistently meet and exceed internal and external customer expectations are a must.
Rewards:
- $40,000 Salary/Base plus Uncapped Commission

Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday (may have to field the occasional weekend/evening phone call from a current or prospective client)

- On the road in assigned territory (Northern Minnesota)

Work Remotely: Hybrid -- Ability to work from home on occasions but still have an office and dedicated workspace in the Duluth Office.
