Job Description: The Mobile Home Park Manager assists in all aspects of the park’s operations and provides excellent customer service. This includes managing the park’s collections, resolving tenant disputes, and coordinating with subcontractors for repairs and maintenance. The Mobile Home Park Manager must also know local and state regulations and ensure these are followed.

Responsibilities:

· Collect rent and other fees from tenants following up to ensure prompt payment

· Resolve tenant disputes

· Coordinate with subcontractors for repairs and maintenance

· Provide tours to potential tenants while working to ensure property aesthetics are top notch

· Ensure that the park is kept in a clean and orderly condition

· Serve as point of contact between tenants and third parties to ensure the park runs smoothly

· Ensure compliance with local and state regulations

· Provide excellent customer service

• Basic Management tasks should require approximately 20 hours/week. The time will be higher the first few months after takeover and decrease steadily thereafter

Most administrative work will done off-site by our existing staff. Must be available to work onsite about 16 hours a week.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or GED

· Previous experience in property management- a plus

· Strong customer service skills

· Strong computer/tech skills

· Excellent communication and organizational skills

· Ability to work independently and with a team

· Valid driver’s license

Compensation:

· Monthly compensation package of approximately $1500.

Compensation will be structured as a base and an incentive based on collections.
