Parking Enforcement- Raleigh Job at Royal Parking
Part Time or Full Time positions available 11am 3pm, 5pm-11pm Mon-Thurs, 5:00pm-1:00am Fri-Sat
Job Details: Parking Enforcement Officer Description Basic Function - Patrol assigned area, such as public parking lot to issue tickets to parking violators and illegally parked vehicles, keep lots clean and trash free, monitor signage for damage and placement. Hourly pay plus commission on all piad citations! Avg $15-$20/hr
Responsibilities:
Direct incoming customers to available parking spaces.
Count vehicles on location throughout shift, as needed.
Write and issue violation warnings to visitors that violate parking policies.
Patrol transient and reserved parking lot on foot or in vehicle, if applicable.
Provide assistance to customers that have forgotten where they parked their vehicle.
Responsible for being at work every scheduled day, on time and in uniform.
Courteously assist Customers by answering any questions they may have.
Assist in the maintenance and repair of parking equipment and any general maintenance tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.
Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the Facility Manager.
Make sure lots are free of trash and debris
Have a thorough knowledge of all areas of the garage, thorough knowledge of the major streets, landmarks and freeways in the area of the garage.
Assist Facility Manager with other duties as needed.
