Blue Water Behavioral Consulting, LLC is looking for a Behavior Technician to provide Applied Behavior Analysis services to several clients in Oak Harbor. Sessions with these clients will take place between 1 PM and 6 PM Mon-Fri for a total of 15-20 hours per week. All of the clients and their families are a joy to work with and have been making tremendous progress through their ABA services! Plentiful BCBA supervision and support from a phenomenal team of BCBAs will be provided. This is an excellent opportunity for college students (especially those interested in psychology or special education) who have consistent availability in the afternoons each semester, or anyone looking for part-time work in the afternoons.

Minimum Requirements:

- High School Diploma
- Passion for working with children and adolescents
- Passion for helping individuals with special needs reach their full potential
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Valid Driver's License, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation
- Absence of any criminal history (per a 10-year federal, state, and county background check)

Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, or related field. Applicants currently enrolled in an accredited college/university who are actively pursuing a degree in one of the aforementioned areas will also be strongly considered.
- 1+ year experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
- 1+ year experience working with typically developing children
- Completion of college coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- 1+ year experience delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Certified Behavior Technician license through WA Dept of Health
- CPR Certification

Pay/Benefits:
- Starting pay $20.00/hr (increases commensurate with experience and education)
