Here's What You'll Get to Do:
- Keep accurate inventory of laptops, desktops and peripherals as they are received and deployed.
- Image all new laptops and desktops using SCCM
- Deploy applications to new laptops and desktops as required using SCCM.
- Validate functionality of new laptops and desktops prior to shipment.
- Prepare and ship laptop and desktops.
- Assist end user remotely with data copy once machine is onsite.
- Manage tasks using Cherwell ticketing software.
- Report issues and progress to EUC Manager.
Here's What We're Looking For:
Looking for someone who can work 3 days/24 hours a week. Days can be flexible but should be within the 8am-6pm time frame.
