Located in Downtown Atlanta, Capital City Club is home to a beautiful five-story brick building with multiple unique world-class dining venues and is conveniently located within steps of the Peachtree Center Marta Station. We are currently looking for Part-time servers. These positions provide our members and their guests with exceptional food and beverage services.
Capital City Club is a non-tipping environment. We offer a competitive guaranteed wage which allows our staff to focus on providing our members with premium-level service. Staff members enjoy a complimentary employee meal for each shift worked. Parking, work uniforms, and uniform laundering are all provided on-site at no cost. Annual performance reviews, employee recognition programs, and summer and holiday employee appreciation events are but a few things we do for our team. Lastly, staff members have an opportunity to become T.I.P.S. certified at no cost, which is a highly recognized training course in the hospitality field that focuses on various issues specifically related to serving alcohol. It is valid for three years upon successful completion!

Requirements:
- Greet members and their guests promptly after they are seated
- Take beverage and food orders after answering questions and making suggestions as necessary.
- Ensure correct member numbers are given for billing. Learn members' names and their preferences.
- Place orders for the kitchen using the POS system
- Set up side station and complete closing duties as assigned
- Advise the Dining Room Manager of any complaints to remedy the issue immediately
- Assist other servers as needed.

COMPENSATION
$15-$17/hour to start, commensurate with experience.
