Indianapolis Gastroenterology & Hepatology (IGH) is a physician practice located on the south side of Indianapolis on St. Francis Hospital's campus and is owned by the GI Alliance located in Dallas, TX.
The Patient Advocate is primarily responsible for the post-office visit/consultation check-out process. This includes scheduling follow-up office visits, procedures and any necessary testing that may be required. This person also collects any outstanding payments that may still be owed. This position also assists walk-in patients. This person will also be cross-trained as a Front Desk Receptionist to cover when the need may arise.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
