AS A PATIENT CARE ASSISTANT, you’ll be responsible for assisting in the total nursing care for all patients utilizing standards of care.

- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
Current Pennsylvania nursing assistant, EMT, or Paramedic certification
or Completion of nursing assistant course
or Completion of clinical medical assistant program
or Completion of one semester of nursing school (RN or LPN program)
or Current experience as nursing assistant
Have Healthcare Provider (CPR) certification within 6 months of hire
Have Comprehensive Crisis Management certification within 18 months of start date in department/position
- Have ability to work flexible hours including shift, weekends, holidays, etc.
- Have previous floor care experience (preferred)
- Have a commitment to customer service
- Have ability to meet physical requirements of position
