The Clubhouse, a part of the Cicero Therapies family of business, is hiring a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist for a full-time job in Downers Grove, Illinois.

We are adding a SLP to our passionate and talented Speech Team in Downers Grove, IL. This position is available for part or full-time hours beginning immediately! This caseload consists of primarily private pay and private insurance clients, with the potential for Early Intervention when you obtain the EI credential.

Responsibilities:

• Provide both individual and group therapy services for clients
• Complete all required documentation for clients
• Collaborate with Clubhouse colleagues to discuss progress and recommendations for clients
• Perform diagnostic evaluations and document, analyze, and interpret results
• Provide family education and training
• Collaborate with OTs, PTs, BCBAs, RBTs, and LCSWs to help clients reach their goals
• Participate in our mentorship network as either mentee or mentor

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or equivalent from an accredited college or university
• Licensed to practice Speech Language Pathology in the state of Illinois
• Pediatric speech therapy experience or other experience working with children in a clinical capacity
• Full-time candidates should have their EI credential, or be able to acquire it within 60 days of starting (with our support)

Preferred:

• Bilingual / Spanish-speaking
• Familiarity with AAC, ASL, or other specialization
