Position Summary
A team lead Pega Certified Senior Systems Architect (CSSA) or Lead System Architect (LSA) resource with proven experience in designing, developing and supporting high volume transactional n-tier enterprise components/applications.
Will be working as part of a global development team.
Will also lead a team of developers working in Agile

Candidates should be Pega Certified professionals (CSSA preferable but will consider others) with at least 3-5 years of hands on experience with live implementation in PEGA

Required Skills
- PEGA Direct Capture of Objectives 5 years
- PEGA PRPC Use Case Development 5 year
- Converting business into process flow 5 years
- Must have experience in PRPC version 7.1.x
- Strong in PEGA concepts and implementation experience with PEGA connectors, performance tuning, decision trees, listeners, UI design, Integration, Security Model etc.
- Experience in with full lifecycle PEGA implementations (preferably PEGA 7)
- Experience in all phases of software development lifecycle including analysis, design, implementation, testing and deployment
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues
- Ability to create reusable components that can be leveraged across the enterprise for providing top-notch customer experience.
- Perform regular code and design reviews.
- Experience in using performance measurement tools like PAL, SMA, Alerts and PLA.
Candidates should be Pega Certified professionals (CSSA preferable but will consider others) with at least 3-5 years of hands on experience with live implementation in PEGA

- Pega Robotics
- Appian experience a plus
- May provide technical direction and system architecture for Individual initiatives. Serves as a fully seasoned/proficient Technical resource
- May collaborate with external programmers to coordinate delivery of software application.
- Routine accountability is for technical knowledge and capabilities. Works under minimal supervision, with minimal guidance
