As a Performance Media Manager, you will steward RB Health’s performance marketing ambition as we embark on a global journey of full funnel marketing. You will be a key enabler at the core of our US Digital Performance Marketing Hub. You will lead the execution of digital marketing communications and drive operational efficiencies while exploring the next generation of key growth initiatives. You'll be responsible for on-going monitoring/measurement of digital campaigns performance (full funnel) and on-going always on optimization of the campaign by creative, by audience and by touchpoint. You'll:

  • Lead performance marketing strategy across digital channels (search, paid social, OLV, CTV, programmatic, etc)
  • Act as a strategic partner to brand and the Consumer Engagement Team Lead to inform creative, effective and holistic performance strategies and tactics
  • Define performance goals and KPIs, devise activations through which to achieve them while implementing measurement plans
  • Develop recommendations for new growth initiatives and platforms, programs and initiatives that scale consumer acquisition
  • Innovate and implement test and learn strategies and drive scalable results Measurement
  • Ongoing monitoring of digital campaign performance (full funnel) and liaises with campaign operator to optimize (by creative, by audiences, by touchpoint, etc.)
  • Lead efforts to utilize data-driven methodology, analysis and measurement to improve effectiveness in marketing channels, including Ecomm
  • Dive deep into reporting which includes but not limited to media plans, audience segments, geo and demo targets, creative, Ecomm and Retail, etc
  • Manage performance budgets and timelines for media campaigns
  • Identify and share insights to be leveraged in other digital activations, including website campaign analytics
  • Seek and evaluate performance opportunities and serve as the thought leaser on new and innovative ways to reach and connect with our consumer
  • Ensures connected pipes and performance foundations exist and are optimized
You’ll succeed because…
…there’s pretty much nothing you don’t know about digital media. You live and breathe data analytics and know how to get the most out of budgets. You:
  • 3+ years relevant experience working with consumer data, segmentation and driving/executing media plans; minimum 2 years of work experience with a major media agency or digital advertiser.
  • Strong competencies with the Google Marketing Platform (GA 360, Optimize360 and Search 360), Meta business manager and Liveramp
  • Understanding and managing different parts of the consumer journey, and how to influence the consumer across paid/owned channels
  • Deep experience in execution in a full range of online and offline media channels (e.g. SEO, Amazon, Social, Display, etc)
  • Passions for brands and understand of how digital media/marketing can contribute to their development short and long term
  • Know the main digital marketing tools and platforms, and are quick to learn new ones
  • Get a kick out of working in a pacy, ever-changing global environment like ours
