FARMINA PET HEALTH COACH
Job Type: Full Time
Position Summary: As a Farmina Pet Health Coach, you will use your passion for cats and dogs to support local retailers by educating customers to make the best personalized nutritional decisions for their pet.
As the face of Farmina, this role will build an in-person pet community through activities at independent retails stores, dog parks, and local events to drive a healthy lifestyle while growing sales in your territory. Sales and or demo experience is ideal, but not required. This role works closely with the territories dedicated follow-up team to ensure that pet parents stay on track with meeting their pet’s personal nutritional goals. This is a full-time role that works on a Thursday to Monday schedule with a flexible start and end time, based on the retailers or territory needs to comprise a 40-hr work week.
Compensation includes a base salary, monthly travel stipend, paid time-off and Holidays, health insurance contribution including dental and vision, and 401k retirement plan.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate possesses the following:
- Impeccable social skills
- An eye for detail
- Strong organizational skills
- 1+ years’ experience merchandising or 1+ years’ experience training pets
- 1+ years’ experience employee training and management
